为什么市场需要【MentorX】？
最近几年，出现了共享经济，
Uber的出现，共享了车，2017年的市值720亿美元
Airbnb的出现，共享了房子，2017年的市值310亿美元
【MentorX】，共享人才，你说市值该多少？
Uber解决了“车的共享”，Airbnb解决了“房的共享”，而【MentorX】的梦想，是解决“人的共享”—无论是具备专业技能的人士还是历练丰富的前辈，他们的技能，经验和哲学都可以被其他人共享，让“学习”这件事不再被禁锢在“书本”里，而是随时随地“动”起来！你今天在【MentorX】的支持，都在鼓励我们朝着这个伟大梦想奋力前行！
为什么我们需要【MentorX】？
你是否毕业后就不再学习？
明白学习的重要性，但不知道应该如何学习？
课本上的知识不足已让我们应付成长的考验与磨练？
我们应该从哪里吸取必要的知识去面对这残酷的成长过程？
【MentorX】共享了人才，你能在这平台寻找你理想的人生导师。
无论在课业，工作，兴趣到特别技能你都能找到一位比现在的你利害１０倍甚至１００倍的导师。只要你虚心学习，有朝一日你也能成为当初你不曾想象的优秀。
如果你希望拥有一间市值1亿的公司，那就必须去寻找至少已经拥有10亿市值的公司的企业家作为你的导师，我们称之为10X规律。在【MentorX】，我们会保证您的导师绝对符合这规律。
如何使用【MentorX】？
如图显示，【MentorX】是一个网上平台，你需要先注册一个个人账户，然后选择成为导师（Mentor）,学生（Mentee）又或者两者兼具。
成为导师（Mentor）
导师需要预先安排空档，然后系统会根据学生的需求和所在的地区进行配对。如配对成功，学生会根据导师的地点进行面谈。每一次的访谈，双方都必须呈交对方的评估报告。导师账户会累积每小时的面谈已做为这社会贡献的证明。

系统会根据导师的空档和所在的地区进行配对。如配对成功，学生会根据导师的地点进行面谈。每一次的访谈，双方都必须呈交对方的评估报告。学生账户会累积每小时的面谈已做为这成长的证明。
为什么参加圆梦工厂创业大赛？
对于未知的未来，我们难免心感忐忑，也许还有无数的难关在等待我们。
但真正的领导会把教训和挫折看做养分，将其吸收而滋养下一代。我希望透过圆梦工作的平台，为所有阶级的人制造一个更适合学习与成长的坏境，特别是我们的下一代。
【MentorX】相信每个人都有自己的长处与专业，也有自己所不熟悉但希望能提升的领域。因此我们制作了这个平台就是要鼓励大家要虚心向专家学习，也要无私的教导其他愿意学习的人。

Why there is a need of [MentorX]?

Why we need [MentorX]?
In [MentorX] , you can find your ideal mentor on this platform.
If you want to have a company with 100 million market value, then you must look for an entrepreneur who has at least one billion market capitalization company as your mentor. We call it as 10X law.
In [MentorX], we will ensure that your mentor is absolutely in line with this law.
How to use [MentorX]?
[MentorX] is an online platform. First of all, you need to register a personal account, then choose to become a Mentor, a Mentee or both.
[MentorX] believes that everyone has their own strengths and professions and also areas that they are not familiar with but wish to improve. Therefore, we create this platform to encourage everyone to learn from mentor and also to teach others who are willing to learn.
